  1. Each community representative will form coed teams. If numbers allow, two levels will be formed, one for Kindergarten, and one for First Grade.
  2. League will be played at 8 foot baskets on a full court and use a 25-inch diameter ball.
  3. An 8-minute running clock will be used for the 4 quarters. The clock will stop for time outs only.
  4. One coach is allowed on the court during play.
  5. The defense will stay in the lane until the ball is shot.

When refs are not used, a timekeeper must be provided by the home community and be paid by the home team.

  10. Fastbreaks should be avoided. If more than two occur in a game the referee will whistle for play to stop until the defensive team can get into position in the box.
  11. PRACTICE WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL DECEMBER. Teams will play 8 game starting in January.
